I don't consider myself particularly creative, but I could see how I could be seen as weird by people the majority of society think of as 'normal'.

Unfortunately, as you said, the terms weird and normal are relative, and defined by implicit society majority vote. Since, I'd venture to say, in any of today's societies the normal people 'go with the flow', then it is the weird ones that dare to be different, on the off-chance that there's something better out there. Thus, it is us 'weirdoes' that help to direct, shape and sometimes revolutionise our little world. As one quote goes (don't ask me who from)

"Reasonable men change to suit their world. Unreasonable men change the world to suit them. Therefore, all progress is made by unreasonable men".

Here's to being unreasonably weird!

Its just little effort needed to demonstrate customer service and some people make it seems like a burden. They fail to realise that if you treat the customer right then its more business for you.You treat them nice they tell someone else of your service and so the trail goes on and on and before you know it you have to have a second location.
Customer Service should be a big deal here in GT and i applaud you for taking a stance to try and make a difference.
